01The marks of the house
The following names, and the logos and wordmarks that go with them, are trademarks of AS9.
A mark shown with the trademark symbol is one we claim through use. A mark shown with the registered symbol is registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. The symbol on each name above tells you which is which today, and it changes as registrations issue.
02Copyright
© 2026 AS9. All rights reserved.
The design, text, graphics, interface, software and arrangement of our websites and applications are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws, and are owned by AS9 or used under license.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, frame, mirror, distribute or create derivative works from any of it without our written permission, except as the law expressly allows.
03Using our marks without asking
You do not need permission to refer to us accurately. Reporting on us, reviewing us, comparing us to something else, citing us, or telling people you work with us are all fair, and we are not going to send you a letter about it.
- Use the mark in plain text, spelled and capitalized as it appears above.
- Use it as an adjective describing our product, not as a verb or a noun for the category.
- Make clear that the mark belongs to us and that you are not us.
04What requires permission
Anything that could make a reasonable person think we made it, endorsed it, or are affiliated with it needs our written consent first.
- Using our logos, wordmarks or crest in your own materials, product, packaging or event.
- Altering a mark, translating it, abbreviating it, or combining it with your own name.
- Registering a domain name, social account, application name or company name that contains one of our marks or something confusingly close to it.
- Using a mark in advertising, on merchandise, or in a way that suggests a partnership we have not entered.
- Using a mark in a way that disparages us or that associates us with unlawful conduct.
05Marks that are not ours
Product names, company names and logos belonging to others that appear in our services are the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of AS9, and ours does not imply theirs.
If you believe your mark or your copyrighted work is being used improperly in our services, write to us with enough detail to identify the work and where it appears, and we will look at it promptly.
